The Filmmuseum Berlin plans to publish additional Booklets on selected films to its permanent exhibition.The Film Booklets are about the content, the esthetical and productional history of the film. They address the exhibition visitor as well as all people interested in films and can be used as a supplementary material for schools. We create the Graphic Concept for the inside pages, design and produce the individual Booklets.
We focuss on the clear subdivision of the chapters.
These are about the film characters, themes and background and invite to an active analysis of the film by giving tasks, advise and documents, as well.
On all pages scene images are in the spotlight.
The prominent marginal stripe on the left side shows considerably enlarged details of these photos and is to draw attention to certain details. The modest red-gray colour concept highlights this issue.
The clear arrangement of material is facing a high interest.
